Background
I graduated from Hainan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business English from 2012 to 2016, and later completed a professional Master’s degree in Psychology at Nanjing Normal University from 2016 to 2018. My education gave me a strong foundation in international communication, cross-cultural business, customer psychology, and negotiation.
I started my career in 2016 with an internship at Italian Gasparini Tianjin, where I was first introduced to international trade and press brake machinery. This experience helped me understand how European machine tool companies manage product positioning, customer communication, and overseas business development.
After that, I returned to Ma’anshan, Anhui, one of China’s major machine tool manufacturing bases, and joined ADH Donghai Machine Tool for one year. During this period, I worked closely with the foreign trade and after-sales team, while also learning the technical fundamentals of press brakes and fiber laser cutting machines, including machine assembly, hydraulic systems, machining processes, electrical wiring, CNC controller debugging, and customer service procedures.
Since joining MACHNIST, I have been responsible for developing the company’s international business from the early stage. MACHNIST originally focused mainly on the domestic market, and I helped the company build its overseas sales channels, close international orders, attend global exhibitions, communicate with distributors, and manage the foreign trade sales team.
With 10 years of experience in the metal fabrication machinery industry, I now focus on helping customers choose the right press brake, laser cutting machine, and related production solutions based on their material, thickness, bending length, production requirements, budget, and long-term business goals.
