Service Policy

Warranty, Training & After-Sales Support

MACHNIST provides technical assistance throughout machine installation, training and operation. Binding terms shall be subject to the signed contract for the selected machine configuration.

Whole Machine Warranty

3-year whole-machine warranty is available for the proposed machine. The applicable warranty scope and specific model are subject to the signed contract.

Installation Guidance

Free installation guidance is provided without a time limit, helping the customer complete machine setup and initial preparation.

Operator Training

Free video or real-time online training is available after the machine enters normal use, up to 2 hours per day within 2 weeks, with a total maximum of 28 hours.

Lifetime Technical Guidance

Lifetime free technical guidance. Our team will reply to technical consultation requests within 12 hours.

After-Sales Diagnosis

Reported after-sales issues will be checked within 24 hours. If the issue is determined to be caused by the machine, replacement parts will be supplied free of charge for customer replacement; return of faulty parts may be required when necessary.

Delivery Time & Delay Term

For a standard non-customized machine, the reference delivery time is 35 working days. Where agreed in the signed contract, delay compensation may be calculated at 0.5% per day, capped at 10%.
