1. What does MACHNIST specialize in?

MACHNIST specializes in sheet metal processing machinery, including CNC press brakes, hydraulic press brakes, fiber laser cutting machines, shearing machines, press brake tooling, and related metal fabrication equipment. We focus on practical machine solutions for factories, metal workshops, distributors, and industrial users worldwide.

2. Is MACHNIST a manufacturer or an export supplier?

MACHNIST is both a machinery manufacturer and an export supplier. We manufacture our core machines, especially press brakes and laser cutting machines, and we also help customers source related metalworking equipment when needed. This allows customers to get a complete solution from one reliable team.

3. Where is MACHNIST located?

MACHNIST is based in China’s sheet metal machinery manufacturing region ma’anshan,anhui, with convenient access to major ports and international logistics networks. Our production and export team supports customers from Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and the Americas.

4. What types of machines can you supply?

We can supply CNC press brakes, hydraulic press brakes, hybrid press brakes, electric press brakes, fiber laser cutting machines, shearing machines, press brake tooling, and machine accessories. We can also provide customized solutions according to the customer’s production requirements.

5. How long is the production lead time?

The lead time depends on the machine model, configuration, and order quantity. Standard machines usually take around 10–45 working days after deposit confirmation. Customized machines, heavy-duty models, or special configurations may require a longer production period.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We usually accept T/T bank transfer. For regular orders, the common payment term is 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. For some projects, we can also discuss other payment terms based on order value, customer background, and cooperation history.

7. What is the warranty for your machines?

Our machines are supplied with a standard warranty period. During the warranty, we provide technical support and replacement parts for quality-related issues according to the warranty terms. After the warranty period, we continue to provide lifetime technical support and spare parts service.

8. Can you customize machines for our factory?

Yes. MACHNIST supports OEM and customized machine solutions. We can customize machine tonnage, bending length, controller, back gauge axis, voltage, color, tooling, safety system, logo, and other configurations according to your production needs.

9. What is the minimum order quantity?

For most machines, the minimum order quantity is one set. We also support trial orders for new customers, distributors, and agents who want to test the machine quality before larger cooperation.

10. How do you control machine quality?

We control quality from design, welding, machining, assembly, hydraulic system installation, electrical wiring, testing, and final inspection. Before shipment, each machine is tested for movement accuracy, controller operation, safety function, hydraulic performance, and actual working condition.

11. What kind of packing do you use for export machines?

Our machines are packed for international shipping. Normally, we use protective film, anti-rust treatment, waterproof covering, strong fixing inside the container, and wooden cases for small parts or accessories when required. The goal is to protect the machine from moisture, movement, and damage during sea transportation.

12. Do you provide installation and training?

Yes. We provide remote installation guidance, operation training, video support, manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical documents. For some projects, on-site installation and training can also be arranged if required by the customer.

13. How does your after-sales service work?

After delivery, our technical team supports customers through video calls, WhatsApp, email, remote diagnosis, photos, and operation videos. We help customers solve installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting problems as quickly as possible.

14. Can you provide documents for import and customs clearance?

Yes. We can provide the necessary export documents, such as commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin if required, machine manual, electrical diagram, and other related documents according to the customer’s import requirements.

15. How is ocean freight calculated?

Ocean freight depends on the destination port, container type, machine size, shipping route, and current freight market. We can quote EXW, FOB, CIF, or CFR terms based on your requirement. Since sea freight changes frequently, the final shipping cost should be confirmed before order confirmation or shipment.

16. How do I know which machine model is suitable for my work?

You can send us your material type, sheet thickness, bending length, drawing, production quantity, accuracy requirement, and budget range. Our team will recommend the suitable machine tonnage, working length, controller, tooling, and configuration based on your actual production needs.

17. Do you support distributors or agents?

Yes. MACHNIST welcomes long-term cooperation with distributors, agents, and local service partners. We can provide product training, technical materials, quotation support, marketing content, and competitive pricing for qualified partners.

18. Can I inspect the machine before shipment?

Yes. Before shipment, we can provide machine photos, testing videos, bending samples, operation videos, and inspection reports. Customers can also arrange third-party inspection or visit our factory for machine acceptance before delivery.
