From standard 4+1 axis to advanced 8+1 axis, each configuration is designed for stable positioning, repeatable bending, and easier operation.
Configuration 1
DA53TX · 4+1 Axis Back Gauge
A stable and commonly used CNC back gauge solution for standard bending production. It is suitable for customers who need reliable positioning with simple and efficient 2D programming.

Configuration 2
DA58TX · 6+1 Axis Back Gauge

Optional 4+1+2 Axis Reinforced Back Gauge
For customers who choose the DA53TX 4+1 axis configuration, MACHNIST can also provide an optional reinforced 4+1+2 axis back gauge. It adds two motorized Z-axis finger movements without requiring a full 6+1 axis CNC system upgrade.
The Z1 and Z2 fingers can be moved by electric control buttons installed on the foot pedal. This makes operation easier and safer, because the operator does not need to put hands inside the back gauge area for manual adjustment.
