Customer Requirement
The customer is a metal fabrication workshop in Syria. They needed a CNC hydraulic press brake for regular sheet metal bending jobs, including medium-thickness plates, custom metal parts, and daily subcontract fabrication work.
Their main requirements were stable bending accuracy, strong machine structure, easy operation, safer working protection, higher production efficiency, and lower operating noise. Since the machine would be used in a metal processing workshop, durability and practical tooling configuration were also important.
Recommended Solution
Based on the customer’s production needs, we recommended a 170T/3200 CNC hydraulic press brake with Delem DA53T controller and 4+1 axis configuration. This model provides enough bending force and working length for common sheet metal fabrication work while keeping the machine practical, efficient, and easy to operate.
The machine was equipped with a Bosch Rexroth servo proportional valve for stable hydraulic control and an INOVANCE main servo motor for energy-saving and quieter operation. The frame was built with 50/60/80 mm high-strength welded plates for the side wall, ram, and worktable structure. To improve safety, we added semi-enclosed side guards. To improve production efficiency, the machine used fast tool clamps that allow the tooling to be inserted directly from the bottom.
