Customer Requirement
The customer was looking for a compact CNC hydraulic press brake for light sheet metal bending work. Since the machine was selected during the Jeddah exhibition, the customer needed a practical, easy-to-operate, and reliable press brake that could be quickly understood and used for daily fabrication jobs.
The main requirements were stable bending accuracy, simple CNC operation, reliable hydraulic performance, quick tooling changes, and a machine structure suitable for small and medium-size sheet metal parts.
Recommended Solution
Based on the customer’s bending needs, we recommended the 50T/1600 CNC hydraulic press brake. This model is suitable for light sheet metal bending, small workpieces, cabinet parts, stainless steel components, aluminum panels, and general fabrication work.
The machine was equipped with a Delem DA53T CNC controller with 2D programming, 4+1 axis control, Siemens standard motor, Bosch Rexroth hydraulic valve group, Italian GIVI linear scales, fast clamps, Machnist self-centering double V lower die, and electric mechanical crowning. This configuration provides a strong balance between operation convenience, bending accuracy, and long-term stability.
Why This Machine
The 50T/1600 CNC hydraulic press brake is a compact but capable bending solution for workshops that need precision, flexibility, and easy operation. Compared with a basic NC press brake, this CNC model gives the operator better control over bending parameters, backgauge positioning, and repeat bending accuracy.
The Delem DA53T controller with 2D programming helps simplify daily operation. The 4+1 axis configuration improves bending flexibility, while the electric mechanical crowning system helps compensate for deflection during bending. The Bosch Rexroth hydraulic valve group and Italian GIVI linear scales support stable and accurate ram movement.
