Hanli 3000W water chiller for controlled cooling of the laser source and cutting-head system. Inovance 630 series servo motors combined with Motovario reducers for responsive and stable motion control. Schneider electrical components and SMC proportional valve for reliable electrical control and assist-gas regulation. Aluminum crossbeam designed to reduce moving inertia while maintaining the required rigidity, supporting faster acceleration and more stable deceleration. Two bed structure options available: a heavy-duty plate-welded bed with an overall weight of approximately 3.8 tons, or an economical bed structure with an overall weight of approximately 2.2 tons.

The machine needed reliable laser output, stable motion performance, controlled assist-gas regulation and a component configuration suitable for overseas service and long-term daily operation.

The aluminum crossbeam was selected to support responsive movement with lower moving inertia. Depending on the customer’s production requirements and investment plan, the machine can be supplied with either a 3.8-ton plate-welded heavy-duty bed or a 2.2-ton economical bed structure.

Project Result
